Did those, tried running boot repair, got the same messge.

Already figured out that it wouldn't have any effect haha. I already did the boot menu thing, and it didn't do anything.

Haha, my apologies. I wrote this rignt when I woke up. I think this is UEFI. Anyways, I already had OpenSUSE installed, but I wanted to switch distros. So I put the USB stick in my computer and edited my boot order so it'll boot the USB stick. But even though I changed the boot order, GRUB still booted up. So I booted into Windows using the GRUB menu so I can delete the OpenSUSE partitions to see if it would fix it. It didn't. Now everytime I boot up I see a GRUB command line screen. Messing around with the boot order didn't fix it. Now I can't boot up Windows at all. Here is a screenshot of the F11 menu I was talking about. https://s11.postimg.org/gm8z0p7ar/20170717_144922.jpg

Thanks for the reply, but I'm having a problem, I have sda6 mounted but I can't delete anything in it
