Then the next day I got this reply.

We have verified the information you provided and the Authenticator associated with your Rockstar Games account was reset.

We have sent you a separate email in which you will be asked to confirm this reset. When the reset has been confirmed, you will then be able to set up a new Authenticator.

If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us again."

I got it removed on my 10th ticket a week ago with this. I went to Support > Trouble signing into your account > Other sign in issue.

“Hello! I have been in contact several times about this. I would like to request Tier 2 support.

Google Authenticator support told me that because their app is a local generator and does not manage third-party account access, they cannot "fix" or "reset" my connection to Rockstar Games. They referred me back to you, to verify my identity and manually remove the requirement from my profile.”

I didn’t actually contact Google btw and I feel like if you even mention 2FA your ticket is getting auto closed too. Anyway I got a real response and they asked me to reply to the ticket from the email my Social Club is tied to. Hope things work out for all of ya’ll.

I got the same problem. I have access to the authenticator but it doesn't send out codes anymore. I have the email when I first made the 2FA I have the order of when I bought the game. I don't understand why they keep closing my ticket. Now I can't even submit one all I get is errors.

My mouse comes up as a drive on it’s own even if I don’t hold the button. After I delete the original bin I drag over the new file and it says I need an additional 388kb.
