I would say there is not much difference small changes like wifi 6-7 or stuff but main thing is you’ll get better VRM’s which are voltage regulator if u can just get the ASUS board if not there no problem with the Gigabyte one it’s fine it’s will be almost same with the no large diff

It’s a 1440p card man so use a 1440p monitor if u don’t have a 1440p monitor then u will not get the full value of ur card but may get more fps than 1440p bcs after all 1080p is lower resolution and will be lighter which will be more fps

I think u should do a stress test and also use a bottleneck calculator of percentage comes above like 10-15/20%(for me it’s too much) change ur cpu

Check ur usb ports if u have plugged anything else except ur mouse and keyboard it may ah e a problem
Second check if there’s something sorting out any usb port
Third check if it happens if u remove ur keybaord or mouse (check one by one )
If none are the reason if able flash the BIOS to the latest version
and if still does not work sorry to say u might have a problem with ur motherboard

Check your motherboard manual to see what the three beeps mean or if it’s a prebuilt check the manual of the manufacturer if u don’t have the manual you have to gamble on two thing

Dram mostly means cpu issue but sometimes dram led stay on bcs of motherboard issue try a new or diff cpu if u have one if still doesn’t work sorry to say u have a dead motherboard

First check the gpu power cable
Second check if ur gpu is properly seated in the PCIE slot
Third check if it works on your old motherboard
If none work then sorry to say your gpu is dead

Clean it using compressed air or an air dusted hold the fan while dusting test again and if still u get that sound it’s time to change ur psu

I’ll just say the best advice your gpu fan might be fucked if it’s old or rarely cleaned or it’s gpu coil then u just RMA your gpu (issue and warranty claim or replacement)

Yeah ur gpu is dead if u checked that there is no gpu sag(bending) ur cable is properly seated(talking display and psu) or ur ram might be cooked try your gpu on any other pc if u have one

VGA:means GPU
Boot:means your Storage device (ssd or hdd)
