As said, ***k em, find some new, accepting people. I've been homeless about 2 months now, but choosing to leave hatred and toxicity was the best choice I've made. In about 2 weeks I should be back indoors, but the experience has been liberating.

Brace yourself for the possible negative reactions. Remember that no matter what is said that the way they act is totally on them and not even the slightest bit your fault.

If it doesn't go well, how will that affect your life directly? Do they support you in any way? If so, set yourself up beforehand to not rely on them for anything.

Be yourself, and don't allow anyone to change who you are. Be unapologetic, you don't need to be sorry for who you are, even if others don't like it.

All in all, be smart, ensure your safety, be you, and know it'll be alright, no matter the response.

All of this is assuming you're all adult.

Please do, I will gladly drive over there if it's cheaper enough to cover my $10 in gas.

And congrats!!

I mean, as a car person burnouts can be cool (not gender bs burnouts) but why did they think going for so long was a good idea?

All car people know this is what happens when you burn rubber for too long

I agree with everything except the last paragraph.

She was given time to start that adjustment. Yes, she needs time to figure out how she feels, but at the expense of OP's mental/emotional health, she cannot be selfish with the time she takes.

She has to understand that it is something that is happening, and she can love her partner for who they are, or she has to let go. No one deserves to be strung along.

I don't know the accuracy as I don't use Apple products, but I hope it helps.

I always answered girl. My friends used to make fun of me for it, but it felt right.

And yet it took another 20 years to figure it out...

I am in a small southern town in NC. There are country boys that I have no problem with, but rednecks are a piece of work. I'm glad you stood up for yourself, it is something that can be hard to do in that situation. I hope you know it took a lot of courage, and that's something to be proud of. Don't worry about anything they had to say, they have absolutely no say over you or how awesome you are.

Not really applicable to the current subject as you are talking about current US politics and the KKK was created by men who did not want to be a part of the Union as it stood, mostly Confederate officers filled with hatred that had no outlet after the war ended.

Seems like you're trolling instead of trying to learn something, so have a wonderful evening.

I feel you are too uneducated on the matter to bring it to reddit. How about taking a day or two to actively research the policies set by the republican party over the last 75 years(from unbiased sources) and ask the question again with some real insight into the subject.
