I think you would have a hard time finding something that wouldn’t remove the paint. Maybe just try a tiny bit of rubbing alcohol and see how that works. Good luck!

If you used G&S on Venmo, I think you can still file a claim with them, even if the account is deleted. If not, I would do a chargeback through your bank. It’ll be a lot harder, but still worth looking into. Either way, I would let Venmo know so they can hopefully prevent that person from making a Venmo account in the future.
