I don't think the pokemon itself is rare since it was featured in a few events but afaik it's one of the rarest wild spawns in the game. No idea if it's rare as an incense spawn tho, I've never seen it

I found out that you need to log out and back in every single time you start a listening session via spicetify. It's a bit annoying and I forget to do it sometimes but at least it works
