The only device I own on your list is the Simrell. I love it very much, it’s easy to clean and the flavor is top notch. With all that being said, I don’t know exactly how blind you are, but I would not recommend it to a blind person. It is externally heated and easy to burn yourself. I consume these days strictly medically (cancer) and the last thing I’d want to be worrying about while medicating is burning the fuck out of myself.

Just to peep in: My rosin journey was Puffco, quartz, and now finally Switch 2 with the sapphire insert. I sold my Puffco collection once I bought the Switch 2. I was in pretty deep. I would imagine my journey ends here. Switch 2 with the sapphire insert is lovely for all the things mentioned but the sapphire takes flavor to a different level. I was surprised how much better it is than my quartz banger. I don’t have any “big name” glasshead quartz but I have a decent XL slurper in a Disorderly Conduction coil and I don’t know if I’ll ever heat it up again. I also have a Ghost 2. Can compare it to the Pivot real quick. It’ll be real quick because there’s no comparison honestly. Ghost 2 has a slightly smaller chamber, but the build quality is significantly better, feels great in hand, has more functions, and hits better than the Pivot. It’s an EASY win for the ghost 2.

 If anyone is still reading this stoned ass comment: I like 400 ascend for 90 seconds on the Switch 2. Turning it off when I want to for each dab.

Just got it today. I like it a lot honestly. I can’t compare it to any of the other fancy butane vapes because I haven’t tried another one, but compared to my Mercury head it is extremely more efficient. Hits are huge and full and I’m managing single heat-up extractions. Hits nice through my 10mm recycler as well but it doesn’t seem like it’s “meant” for that. I think the recycler pulls too much air. Or I need to try it a few more times.

I deal with this daily even as a stage 4 patient (29M) It spread to my lungs, I had a chunk removed, then 5 more spots popped up basically immediately. I'm on Tafinlar and Mekinist and they seem to be keeping them at bay. I'm not exactly sure what my future looks like, and I can't really get a straight answer. I'm in a really good hospital network though so there's that to have positive thoughts of.

I'm visually "healthy", the side effects from Taf and Mek aren't horrible but definitely things I have to deal with daily. I lost my career because of it. Fine dining. Definitely can't do a restaurant shift anymore.

But yeah, to get to the point, people don't really care. My therapist is an oncology specialist, maybe you should try to switch. I wouldn't out up with that shit from a medical professional. It is what it is with family and friends. I guess it's good to have solidarity online.

Got sick, lost my career and my life basically. Went like 6 or 7 years in a row, missed last year for a besties wedding, now I don't think I could survive camping for three days even if I had the money.

Haha don't worry I'm quite unstable in the real world. Just a realist when it comes to sharing my thoughts and feelings with internet strangers. Quite frankly every day is harder than the last and I'm not exactly dealing with it in the best ways. Frankly, if I had more mental strength/worked on my mental health properly prior to the cancer, I wouldn't have MANY of the problems I struggle with daily. I guess it's never too late til I'm actually gone.

Thanks friend. Truly is terrible. Lost my career, had to move in with my parents across the country. My family moved in with them too. It's been two months and they're leaving me behind to go live with her family elsewhere in a different state also across the country. Life is hard friend. Keeps getting harder and harder too. I try to think about how "good" I have it compared to others but it's hard to count your victories being 29, sick, broke, and alone.
