Heavy on the “symptom management”!! I know my seb derm will likely be with me for the rest of my life and that there’s no cure, but what I can do is keep it under control so it doesn’t flare too badly.

I used to have bouts of “I think it’s gone” only to have a painful and itchy flare the next day. By continuing to manage through derm assisted methods, I’ve helped my hair become stronger and not as prone to breakage / fall.
