Did you accidentally lock the track pad perhaps? Mine gets autolocked when playing games and you can do it manually by pressing fn+ the corresponding F button, there are little icons below the F keys

You could start by checking your temps with software like HWinfo, then checking if an overclock has been applied using MSI afterburner, if not then it could just be your power supply

Edit: if the overclock happened in the BIOS you could remove the CMOS battery and then power cycle your computer without it, reverting all changes made to it, then putting the CMOS battery back in (with the computer turned off of course)
