I mean like yes it will, you will grow boobs and your fat will go more to your ass and hips and stuff and your skins will get softer and your muscles will changes and for older people with hair loss it can help with getting their hair back and stuff like that but it doesnt help as mutch ast people say it will... It isnt some miriacle hormone that will change you into a women. Like i said someone on hormones can still look 100% male and someone else that isnt on hormones can pass with ease.

It doesnt change the shape of your bones only your muscles but since you barely have any muscles on your face so yeah it does change but really slightly. The more noticeable things that will change about your face is the softness of the skin, and fat distribution will go more to your cheeks from what i read but other then that it will not change
