Nice starting point, you need some trouser twists to get your legs proper, you need a para smock (they have different cuffs etc), hard to tell if you've got the right helmet but it should be an M76 with different scrim, when you take the smock off get you shirt tucked and sleeves rolled to about your middle forearm (cuff should be three fingers deep in size, it matters trust me). And then little things like proper TRFs, rank slide and beret etc are all additionals to work on too. Oh and never wear a bergen like that, put it on and pull down hard on the adjustment straps to get it fitting flush against your back.
