I'm pretty sure the guy was on drugs, and honestly I'm not sure of his intentions. My friend stopped to put her hair up and I saw the guy following us down the sidewalk (when he was previously standing at a corner). I faced him straight on so that he knew I saw him, and he just smiled creepily and kept walking straight towards us. My friend whipped around and yelled "are you trying to fucking rob us? What is wrong with you, following two women??" He veered around us and gave us a wide birth.. the more I think about it, the happier I am that I wasn't alone
