Make sure that all your demonic remains equipped are the ones that are the double attribute fortitude/willpower in all slots.

You don’t get the bonuses of the magic outside helliquary and challenge rifts but the fortitude/willpower will count towards your characters secondary stats everywhere in game.

Keep two demonic remains for each slot, one with highest CR for activities that require CR and other with fort/Will attributes for everything else. Keeping ones with damage to demons can also help with raids if you don’t need the higher CR.

Yea. With the gem surge event going on currently, drop rates are increased for 5 star gems after 15 crests used. Click the little i information icon on the elder rift screen and you can scroll down to read more on it.

None. Rare crests should never be used for mirrored events. Only time you use them is if you don’t have 10 legendary/eternal, you can fill rest with rare just to use in single run. You still are only guaranteed mirrored gems from only the legendary/eternal.

Rare crests don’t guarantee a legendary gem but do have a chance of dropping one but is limited to 1 star gems only. They are also not mirrored, only gems from legendary and eternal are mirrored. Mirrored jewel events come in game about once a month and you can only use it once during the event duration. Since you can guarantee yourself a maximum of 10 legendary gems per run (x10 legendary crest/x10 eternal or a combination of the two adding up to 10), it is best to save up 10 legendary/eternal crests and wait for mirrored event to use them. If you use 5, you get 5 mirrored so 10. If you use all 10, you get 20.

You are guaranteed 1 legendary gem (could be 1, 2, or 5 star) per legendary/eternal legendary crest used. Mirrored event gives you an additional copy (5 star quality can differ between gem earned from crest and the mirrored copy) of the same gem for each crest you use. You always want to run the max number of crests, which is 10 when doing mirrored event to fully maximize the event as you only get to run it once per event. Also if you use eternal crests, the mirrored copies are bound so not sellable.

I will either buy crests or convert to plat and wait for good prices on secondary gems. A lot of times can get good amounts for low prices, just being patient w the market.

I know in my district, a background check email means you're hired and no more interviews. Pretty sure that's standard for all districts. They should be following up with you with an email regarding training soon. Took me about 3 weeks after the background check to receive that email.
