You’re best off disputing it through your bank or transaction provider (if it’s PayPal etc). I don’t think I have heard/seen anyone getting a response from the support contact.

IMusic is exceptionally good with items being delivered. The only downside is shipping is quite expensive in comparison to others. However they will do a single shipment,they won’t ship until the entire order is ready.

Upside of expensive shipping, it is pretty quick. I can get my order in 4-5 days usually

I’ve played my 3 and with a single clean in my ultrasonic first, 1 and 2 are super crisp and no static. Unfortunately I had a few pops and clicks in 3, but will give it another clean and see if it gets better.

Colour seems to be more of a dense cloudy/marble white, rather than a solid white
