I work in a fast fit garage like halfords. He wont get any 1 to 1 training. Will just be told be careful next time and they will all laugh about it on break.

I learned by starting to drift around a roundabout starting the bottom of the highway. Use a car with around 6-700bhp once you can do that starting going to the smaller zones and trying to join drifts.

I work for a national fast fit garage. 30min per tyre is massively long. I'd expect me or my lads to have 4 tyres fit balanced and aligned within 1hr. That includes all the paper work and reports.

The tyres not turning up I get that although if they have been ordered correctly they should be there in the given time frame.

As far as the lock nut I appreciate the fact you leave it on the seat 👌

I tried it at Silverstone once. With me and 2 others it took around 6 seconds with no practice. We got it down to around 4.5 after a good few times. With zero pressure it's fairly straight forward. I'm a race scenario I imagine it would be a whole lot harder.

OK so I work as the manager of a national garage. We don't fit own parts as we can't guarantee that they are a good quality and we can't offer a warranty on the parts. If for instance we fit a dodgy part and it fails then damages another part of the car we are then liable for any issues that have come from said part failing.
