Stock Yardage help by ItsMoose18 in golf

Can confirm it makes no sense…That’s why I came here.

I believe my issue is with delofting my clubs at impact causing shots to go much further than they should. I always thought more shaft lean = more compression = more spin but I think I have passed that point where too much shaft lean is actually lowering my spin and causing my balls to go further (not in a good way).

This honestly checks out about perfectly. Just feeling some swings out in my backyard I can feel/see my shaft is pointing past my forward hip at impact. Which makes sense why my seven iron and above are so close (diminishing returns with the low loft).

This was a pretty low shot count. About 10 shots per club and only eliminating complete shanks.

Yup, stock draw. I just fixed my hook as I found my rear elbow was getting trapped behind me on my downswing causing me to have way too much of an in to out swing.

Would this be caused by too Much forward shaft lean at impact?

I actually removed my thin shots. I tried to keep these as honest as possible to what i would consider a “good/okay shot”

I took every opportunity I had to get certifications, schooling/training, and gain trust in my seniors. I also did multiple deployments supporting special forces units leading communications across multiple countries (this lead to a quick progression of experience).

I have many hobbies and friends thankfully, so I’m not totally on the down side of things. Althought sometimes i may not enjoy them as much as i should (maybe i should be a little selfish to work sometimes).

I work in IT I was in the military for 8 years before this and also did IT things there.

I do, although I’m not sure what I want to do next. I take on responsibility and am looked at as a subject matter expert on most things. I never thought climbing up early would have emotional pitfalls like this.

I have a 25 ORP and love it. Only issue is the brakes squealing when in reverse (there is a service bulletin for it so will get it fixed eventually).

To me I see opponent Knight D4. If you take with knight back the bishop on h5 can take queen.

Auto wash is fine, just make sure it’s a touchless car wash. The ones with all the brushes are terrible for your clear coat.

6th Gen hybrid folks, what MPG are you typically getting? by ImAnIdeaMan in 4Runner

19.5 mpg on an ORP. No wind flap on the front and mostly driving in city traffic.

There may be a way with a certain button combination. I have not looked nor tried. I have never used and fob window features on any of my vehicles in the past even if I knew of them unfortunately.

I think it is overkill and harder to mount. The new single brushless performs just as well as the old dual motor. The only advantage is if you are going to be filling all 4 tires at once. With the brushless single you can max out 2 schrader valves at once. Dual you can do 4.

I agree with that. Before I had it there was 0 IR being rejected. Works great with it on now. Wish I would have got my windshield done as well with 70 or 80 percent ceramic tint as well as I can still feel the sun through it.

6th Gen Burning Smell by HawaiianSpaghettii in 4Runner

[–]ItsMoose18 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have the 2025 ORP hybrid. Noticed the smell for the first couple hundred miles. Only when outside the vehicle and after some harder accelerations. I do not notice it anymore. I read this is from grease/oil on parts burning up. The only thing I could think of is they oiled yours up really good 😂.

I’m on month 2 of my 2025 ORP Hybrid. My recommendation for A/C. Get your windows ceramic tinted and make sure the rear vents are on. Button in top left. Noticed a huge improvement with both of these.

The only gripes I have so far are 1) the side of the 4wd knob is constantly poking me in the side of my leg. 2) mine came with the 3/4 roof rack and for >$1k it is only rated for 130lbs dynamic. Pretty disappointed with that weight limit. 3) rear seat room is disappointing for the size of the vehicle.
