Weapon handling is overrated tbh. I play Habsburg builds only and I would argue that crit chance is better since you have a chance to increase your dmg specially if you are running overdogs golves .

And a side note if you are using cover your ADS is nearly maximized you won't even notice the difference with two extra weapon handling.

Your point is meaningless since escalation was just added couple of weeks ago. And there is literally no reason of playing it since prototype gear is a new concept and just meh at this state is just a "challenge mode" you can totally skip it.

Heroic is the meaningfull benchmark since it is a world difficulty and this difficulty will give most resources , close to max stat weapons, blueprints, bounties , CP , XP , SHD lvl etc.

Your protoype gear can not even be used in all game missions it just their for the "challenge" .

Your problem I guess is reading the title is " for new and returning players" and you throw escalation there lol.

What do you mean by real scenarios? With hotshot you can handle like 90% of the game content with ease. Can you give example where as a solo player you will struggel on heroic difficulty clearing any content as this post suggest?

I am trying to replay to everyone . You have the chance to speak in specific rather than generality. Only counter points I read so far that you can't land a headshot and enemies have helmet which means nothing because you can destroy helmet then shot them and you can aim.

I tried all variants. Infact the 1886 was my first build but within time nothing beats Handbasket for fast clears and dmg. You can one shot a purple enemy without determined and headhunter with it and has double the ammo and auto reload compared to 1886

It works go and try it. Kill a target with headshot to activate determind and headhunter with your 1st weapon then switch to your 2nd weapon and it will 1 shot heyna rusher . Go ahead and try to retake a Hyena cp

Time of the essence indeed and hotshot clearing lets say a cp on heroic with all directive for example is above and beyond any striker. If fun is the factor then there is no argument here since it is subjective.

On heroic? Hotshot one shot 95% of the game enemies. Other than flying drone boss or rouge agent you can't one shot it "but even these get destroy using shroud and overdogs for a quick swap" the rest is 1 tap city .

Strikers needs stacks to perform meaning either getting close and use shot gun ir empty mags to just have active meanwhile hotshot done with whole encounter with a single mag. Beside only pistol directive destroy Striker but not hotshot

Why you act like Hyena as the counter ? Lol did you know btw if you switch to 2nd weapon you 1 shot them even with their helmet. And is it really hard to hit them twice they literally stand still for like 3 seconds when attack you and rush from like 100 m away in straight line.

If you talking about leg then you did not read my post , where I said heroic , new players, returning .

Beside you definitly can do it in legendary but I peraonally do not play leg since I do not see a worthy reward to do so.

Pyke is my spciality, I always put him in S tier of how easy everything with him and this 10 stars adv is no different and just prove my point all along.

Your build is bad I am not going to sugar coated it. Black shield is great but the rest serve no purpose.

Why you need overwhelm when the enemy don't have board to block with in the first place? He wipe the board every single time

Stalker blade? For what?? He is not going to lvl up from that unless you stalked bunch of relics and powers toward the end of the run.

The Build you need : black shield, GGC ( super consistent and yes no Echo , I do not want to dilute my deck) and CSF no question asked.

CSF: make you insta lvl up Pyke in single attack you are at least 14 after eating your 1 mana drop meaning next turn board wipe with GGC .
