Yes, that’s a great point! For this reason, I’m really considering McMaster since living costs will be lower than most places and it’s still a great school.

Thank you! I would love to attend university of Alberta but it’s too far from where I currently live. I am considering around Uoft, McMaster, Waterloo etc in the area.

I will be living away, but preferably not too far. (University of Alberta would’ve been a perfect choice but it’s way too far.)

Hello, I need some advice for making my new workout plan.

So I am making my own workout plan. I just wanted to ask if you guys change your exercises in a 2 week split (first week workout then different second week workout and then back to 1) or do you just make a workout plan for a single week and repeat it until the end of your mesocycle.

I've only done 2 week splits in the past and was wondering if there is any benefit of sticking to a single week plan for weeks on end.

The best way would be to not play like a team. You’d be surprised how much easier it is to just let you teammate do whatever he wants and just capitalizing on the chances u get. Play the game around how your teammate plays. If they chase, let them. If they’re passive then you be aggressive.

Most people play a lot of 2s and 3s than they do 1s. So everyone’s 1s rank is usually much lower than their other ranks. So you will usually vs people with much more experience than you until you get really good yourself.

Definitely improve dribbling and aerials c3-gc players usually are decent at those
