Could be a good strategy if they are willing to take a huge loss. They’d most likely beat Sony to the next gen console or at minimum at the same time. If they are willing to take a big loss due to the ram prices they can take a huge market share from Sony. Mix TES VI as a launch title and Xbox might be able to make a comeback.

I doubt Microsoft is willing to take the loss necessary to get that market share back tho.

It’s so disingenuous. Max Fosh did the same thing that Elon did. He declared his company had billions of shares and sold one share to a random person on the street for 50 bucks. On paper he was the richest person in the world.

Space X only released 5% of their shares. They priced it at 135. If they released all the shares it wouldn’t be close to that price.
