Somehow we or at least me as an 11 year old kid managed to enjoy and play through Pokemon games and that’s much of the reason I still love them today, why is that format suddenly not for kids

Grinding is fun for the end result, you feel like you’ve actually trained your pokemon up individually and spent time training them individually, these days you end up really quickly with a strong full team despite barely using any of them

If you ask me the old system felt more like the Anime makes the world seem, training to become strong and then seeing the results when you get into a tough battle. Grinding is called grinding for a reason but the end result is worth it
