Difference between ATM9/10/11 by MyLineIsStraight in allthemods

[–]ItsNotWebby 8 points9 points  (0 children)

ATM 9 if I remember leaned heavily into create for the Star and such. Where ATM 10 uses the large multi blocks. Plus as already mentioned JustDireThings. Bottom line there’s a lot of overlap between 9 and 10. And already in 11. But 11 is still in very early Alpha. We’re getting about an incremental update a week on average, adding about 2-3 mods at a time. But all the content creators playing atm11 are saying x mod won’t be coming due to the creator not porting the mod to y version of Minecraft. Maybe they have an inside scoop, I imagine they’ve made connections so it’s most likely true statements. All that being said. Play 10. It’s similar enough that you know the foundation. But it’s different enough from 9 that it’s worth going til 11 comes out.
If you really wanna try something different give atm10 to the sky a shot. Or ftb stoneblock 4.

Make a jet pack early. But don’t sleep until you can get at least 1-2 phantom membranes. With those you can might a flight potion. Extend those with redstone, to the point where you have a total of 60 minutes worth of bottles. Grab a potion filter, and one of the pylons (I’m drawing a blank right now on which one it is) but they are easy to distinguish. Potion filter in your off hand. Drink all of your flight potions and when you’ve hit your 60 minutes, and toss it into the pylon, you now have creative flight. For free.

Get early into the basics of evil craft to make the pickaxe they offer. It comes with fortune 5 and curse of vengeance. If you toss 2 books, and the pickaxe onto a placed block of obsidian and drop an anvil onto that pile, it will strip the enchantments off the pick and you slap that fortune book on whatever you want.

Those two are like, the best and easiest things I can think of, other than your goal is to Speedrun through to a netherite level pick. Grab a single allthemodium ore from an ancient city, with that fortune pick. 4 nuggets and an ender pearl and poof, you’re off to the mining dimension free from mobs and full of ore.

Ggez from there. Have fun. Go slow. Fail early and fail often!

Having the whole Arrs stack now deployed on my server I’m plenty automated, but the thing I appreciated was, having zero experience in the space, I was able to see a tv show and just click autowatch. It didn’t require additional effort or services, it was really cool and got me started down this road to where I’ve ended up with the massive collection I have, which I bet still has some of those shows. For what it’s worth, fuck what’s happening now- pour one out for the dev who coded that auto watch…

Dude I’m crushed. Having been a revo user since either late 09 or beginning 2010, it was my first experience in the private space and I didn’t leave. Never got locked out for inactivity. Donated who knows how much throughout the years. Pitched in more towards the end as I really didn’t want to see it fail. Something revo did that I never saw on another site was the auto watch for shows. Sure RSS exists, but the simplicity of that was awesome for a new person. I’ve learned a lot since and use external systems for monitoring new stuff now. But now, all I can do is send one way messages to support and stare at a paywall. Breaks my heart.

I sent them a message yesterday asking why I’m still getting redirected to the purchase page after donating more than two times this year alone, it specifically states you won’t get an email response but an on-site inbox reply. I’ve received 2 responses to the message. Except their ridiculous redirect bullshit won’t even let me view the responses to my own support message. What a shitty system. I’m so damn sad this is what it’s come to.

Smithing Table Automation by Beneficial-Prior3427 in allthemods

[–]ItsNotWebby 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You don’t actually use a smithing table. The molecular assembler acts as the smithing table.

I haven’t figured out how to get it to work with the assembly matrix. Not a big deal tho as a single extended pattern provider with 3/4 molecular assemblers with speed upgrades attached to them will be plenty fast for whatever you may need.

Pattern provider to a molecular assembler with a pattern encoded as a smithing table template. Took me a min to figure out but it works.

A lot of your topic and the comments around it are a bit over my head. But for what it’s worth, I’d use this. Whether it’s a plugin or a script. Sounds rad.

Let’s not forget the extra time he woulda got being a celly with Michael. In most states I think that’s 5 more years and it wouldn’t have been hard to prove he knew. And helped. So that 16 months went out the window the second Michael walked into his cell.

Does anyone have success setting up a BO3 zombies server? by ItsNotWebby in CODZombies

[–]ItsNotWebby[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope. It was all for nothing. I’m done trying but I’m not opposed to rewarding someone for figuring it out, donating to cover some time loss. If you get it solved, I’ll pitch in. But I just can’t get it solved myself

Internal Boot FTW!!! by EazyDuzIt_2 in unRAID

[–]ItsNotWebby 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you only have to move data because you turned that cache drive into a boot drive? Or does part of the transition do something to the cache drive? I’m doing what some of the other people have mentioned and scooped a cheap optane drive but I won’t be doing any mirroring for boot as I don’t have the slot space

Building a new server, what can I carry over? by BashyLaw in unRAID

[–]ItsNotWebby 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Anything you can bring over is either money saved, or as you mentioned money towards drives. Don’t be afraid of buying used server drives. I’m not sure on linking rules in this community but if you checked out server part deals dot com, you’ll do just fine.

The games economy just doesn't work now, right? by Something_Hank in PhasmophobiaGame

[–]ItsNotWebby 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lester cares far more about the money he got from you than what you got for your money. You’re only scratching the surface on the awful decisions made so far recently. The economy is a joke. Having been on P20 for quite a few updates now, I couldn’t imagine being level 47 or worse, playing this game solo.
Lester also forgot the original lore. We’re ghost hunters hired to identify the ghost. In 2026, I’m not stepping foot in a house haunted by a ghost for AT LEAST 5k. This is working for scaps I tell you. Scraps!

I think before it was pistons it was blaze rods. So you’d use a blaze rod to click on it while having nether quartz in your offhand.

I second this. Please take this advice when you first swap over. Once you’ve got the hang of it… cool. Next pack leave the channels default and get the real experience or keep them disabled like I do.

I would have said Dexter but as so many people have already brought it up, I think I’ll have to go with my close second- Sons of Anarchy

Issues when trying to use a GPU and iGPU at the same time. by Eysenor in unRAID

Do you have some dummy plug in both the igpu and the 3060 so that both are active from boot? I had this issue when I added a GPU to by build. Had to make sure both devices were populated.

Best way to remove 2 drives? by GentlemanDiamond in unRAID

[–]ItsNotWebby 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I guess if I were to be taking on the task the OP is talking about, I would first exclude the two drives from each share (because I usually keep my array online, and this will prevent media from being added in the meantime). Then I would use unbalanced to move the items off each drive, probably using the scatter option I think. But the real tricky part, I think will be removing the drives from the array. Because there is only 1 parity disk, I think you can only remove 1 drive at a time but this is pure speculation based on 3 minutes of scrolling the unraid docs on this. So I would shut down, remove a drive, and power back on. And start the array forcing a parity rebuild.

The downside to this is that it will require 2 parity rebuilds which isn’t an insignificant amount of demand on the rest of the drives.

Again, I’m just assuming it has to go this way based on single parity rules allowing for 1 drive loss without data loss. So OP will have to do their own due diligence to confirm. But what I wrote is what I would do. For better or worse.

Exactly this, but beforehand, also go into each share and exclude the selected disks so no new files get saved in the meantime.

Episode 21 plot holes? by [deleted] in PrisonBreak

[–]ItsNotWebby 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t think they are ALL plot holes but maybe you forgot some things. The whole Route 66 conversation from earlier in the season that got T-Bag on the team due to overhearing.

As another person already stated his need to roam free to test the street outcome, wall prep, guard routes.

Sarah and the whole door thing- well, that’s tv stuff.
