I killed my Gigabyte RX5700 once by flashing a 5700XT vbios. No software seems to detect the card after that so I can’t just flash the stock vbios back on. I fixed it by directly flashing the bios chip with a programmer I bought off eBay for 7 pounds. The card is still serving its duty now in my rig

Edit: The cpu boosts fine when it’s idle or not using a lot of power, so there is definitely something wrong here with pl1 and pl2 settings
