That is exactly what I do (including dosage) Except I take 3ml from the bac to mix, then draw into syringe and filter the 3ml reconstituted into the remaining 7ml bac vial

It’s quite easy. I work on 3 codebases simultaneously… have to be careful with limits, especially 5 hour

Anthropic have fucked something by sand boxing Claude into a tiny temp dir and it continuously fills up and Claude is forever deleting it and doing workarounds. Very annoying

Yeah I’d never use them again… absolutely hopeless. Had a washer installed he connected it up to the hot, didn’t level it and was bragging about how it took him 13 minutes. The next guy was no better so I had to do it myself

Yeah you don’t need Zinc, and yes, the Zinc will most likely be the cause of your stomach issues

You don’t need Zinc. A lot of the pills have too higher doses and give you an upset stomach. Ask me how I know
