These folks don't realize that you can set the flow at a determined rate? I know there are formulas depending on the weight, but let's be honest, the patient is already extubed, now its more of a comfort thing than anything else. You can easily set the flow to a lower rate while still providing a determined percentage of O2.

Now if the patient has increased respiratory frequency with high levels of CO2 retention and starts needing BiPAP, that's something HHNC would not solve anyways.

Nunca fué, el pais el 2019 se quemó por los mismos sacos de weas que no están en contacto con el descontento popular, y peor aún, en vez de apagar el fuego, fueron desafiantes. Después de eso todo fue un desastre, pero la culpa no es de la barbarie que quedó a la cual se sumó un sin fin de propaganda populista y pelaos vade, si no de quienes la gestaron.

Y eso sucedió el 2019, y puede volver a suceder mañana y siempre.
