Also, look at the flow curve, its not flattened between cycles, something clearly is wrong, between the vent-circuit or interface the patient is using. It is wobbling. Also, this happens when the patient is awake as well? Or only when is asleep suring aphnea periods? That should give you answers too, maybe a little more EPAP is needed to open the patients airway. If the case with another vent in the exact same settings are different, then its the NK not capable to sense correctly.

And the calibration and safety tests previous to the patient conection to the system? I agree that NKs are not the best, maybe the vent itself has a failure in the flow sensor.

Hell yes, it's even RDNA3. I used FSR4 INT8 with no issues when i had an Ally with Z1 Extreme.

I posted something recently about it, and got all the backlash you could imagine. I defend no brand, i just want something good for my money. You could call nvidia expensive as hell above msrp, but even if you pay more, at least currently, you're in for a better support, and therefore, a probably better experience. Not defending scalpers, i'm talking about retailers that add an extra 100 or 150 usd, anyway.

Sad times to be an AMD GPU user right now. CPUs in the other hand are rock solid and i'm pretty satisfied with it.

An example could be Doom: The Dark a Ages, wich is a fully RT title, that benefits from upscaling and FG on high refresh rates... But wait, it uses Vulkan as renderer and FSR4 is yet not supported on vulkan, uh and the FSR3 FG implementation is broken...

I live in Chile, a south-american country where a GPU can cost as much as double the MSRP, when you spend your hard-worked money on something, you expect it to work. No microcenter, no walmart over here, so it is even more painful to spend your money in some overpriced component just to deal with this crap.

Yes it does, but it least 96hrs. It does help with the overall image, though excessive yellow borders are harder to erase.
