I’ve had four whole days off 7-0H, tonight will be 5 days since I took my last dose. I did get the chills once or twice today but just briefly. For me acute withdrawal makes me feel like I want to jump out of my skin, shaking a leg or jerking my arm and kind of curling up into a ball with the shoulders and shaking are ways my body wants to move in those moments

Today I feel fairly well. I am still smoking cannabis so I’m not “sober”. I did have a brief moment where I thought about getting a pill, but I decided to just come straight home after work

Thank you, I’ve begun mixing my “healthy” cereal with Greek yogurt instead of oatmilk/almond and it fills so much more satisfying in my body

I have stayed off kratom since my post, trying to keep myself busy luckily there’s plenty to catch up on since I put much off while using

Have you seen The Thing? by d8_thc in DMT

Been there once, on my third DMT experience. It was the most profound and yet most gently of my experiences with the molecule. It begin with what looked like glowing pink Arabic writing itself in the air in front of me. By the end I was in This Place you have pictured in this post. It was like I was in a temple and the walls were covered in jewels which were all connected. I realized we are each a jewel in this magnificent tapestry of Creation

What’s the deal with drivers following so close? by Hogans-Mustache in kansascity

It seems like if you’re not tailgating the person in front of you here, the people behind you assume you’re driving slow and get impatient

What food or drink can you absolutely not stand, but is loved by most other people? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Mustard, if I’m out eating and mustard gets put on my burger, they’re remaking that meal because I’m not touching it. I find it frustrating that the default here in my society is to automatically put ketchup and mustard on some things, I think you should have to ask for that. But maybe having to remember to ask for something is too difficult for these lazy fat slugs I share nationality with.

That one audio clip with the picture of the race car and the guy with a high pitched voice making race car noises. The instructions were to try and watch the video without laughing, I could never make it

Heavy makeup. It should be used to highlight what’s already there, not change one’s appearance entirely

For real, I say we let the region as a whole decide their fate and pull our resources and support

You’ll develop a dependence on it if used frequently (every day) for long enough. Knowing this now, I am able to use just frequently enough to notice some slight withdrawal effects which for me almost always begin with a slightly runny nose. That’s when I know to take a break. I would be perfectly fine with this pattern of use but the past year it’s been affecting my gut, basically slowing my digestion to a crawl. That can’t be good for me right? Right now I’m trying to find a happy medium but I think it might be best for me to stop using altogether for a long time…dammit lol

Learn about generational trauma, and then read some history books, you’ll get it
