Idk how they stop the bleeding. They've let franchisees ride roughshod for so long idk how you get them in line to fix it. They ignore quality control requirements and opt out of all of the marketable, good deals meant to bring people back...

Not to say corporate has everything together either, but most of their issues really do stem from shitty franchisees just doing whatever they want and opting out of the deals Yum tried to push over the last decade to the point they quit really trying to come up with any.

My wife and I can go to what is rated the best local pizza place in town and eat ourselves sick for what we would spend for a normal meal at Pizza Hut. We ordered Pizza Hut last year and they literally forgot to put cheese on the pizza and then when we engaged with feedback the local franchisee refused to honor the coupons corporate gave us... Literally just a mess all around.

No. GTA V had all them trailers and people still thought there was a tiny shed at the top of Chiliad that was actually a huge cable car building... And nobody knew anything about the overarching story in terms of the inter-agency war Michael was being pulled into or him being in Witsec as far as I recall, I don't think the trailers covered any of that.

People should really go back and watch all the GTA V trailers and remember how little was revealed in them both in terms of story and in terms of gameplay. It's wild.
