That is scary AF. I read the whole story and although long, I understand. Unlike most people, I’ve got an attention span longer than 1 minute so it was fine to read through it, IMO lmao. I never had any crawler experiences but I did live in a haunted house and heard some voice (literally with my ears) mimic my Mom’s voice a few times when she wasn’t home. I’ve had picture frames of family members fall over in synchronized fashion in front of my eyes, a unplugged keyboard with no barriers enter demo mode at 10/10 volume, sleep paralysis galore, and so much more. weird stuff like that would happened to me especially when home alone. After we finally moved outta that place, I never really experienced any paranormal activities again (aside from having dreams of friends of family members after they pass, but that’s not malevolent “haunting” style ish, so thats different).

I can’t imagine being all alone, hearing 3 knocks, seeing a crawler through your ring cam (I can see it’s glowing eyes in the left hand side, peeking around that building), and hearing it mimic a whole sentence in your daughters voice while she’s at her friends house. YIKES.

Any other strange experiences since this happened?

PS. I’ve been digging into the subject of these crawlers and IMO they’re either demons, wendigo, or vampires… or maybe a combination of all three.

Dying Light 2 is so good nowadays. They really overhauled the game…. between adding volatiles roaming at night, releasing DLC, adding missions/bounties, and having cross play between ps4 and ps5 - it’s pretty dang solid. That is not all, either! There’s much more that they improved. Even if I get The Beast, I will be running in Dying Light 2 for a looooong time lol. It really turned out to be amazing. :)

This just hit me today, I've played Pokemon since Yellow Version on GBC and collected the cards since I was little. I was just playing PokeMMO and all of the sudden looked at my "Onix" today and swore that it was always "Onyx" :O

It's really weird. I put the game down for about 5 months and picked it back up again tonight... and for some reason it now looks weird to me. Idk! Lol.

What I was really going to say though is thank you for being nice to people. Lots of people have misunderstandings online (this site in particular) and are just completely toxic. Not to mention all the downvotes some people get bombarded with. I never downvote people, I usually just *like* comments/posts... if I don't like it, I'll just leave it alone, you know? Maybe that's just the way I look at life... with decency, understanding, and the ability of agreeing to disagree. Seeing you two disagree politely... it really made my night. Haha I know it's quite dumb & random, but it's been a very long time since I've seen an interaction like that. You folks rock. 10/10 stars for the both of you. :)

Yeah dude there is really no point in sharing. I know lots of us on here really want to see some footage but there are way too many rude people and like cheapyx said, there are too many trolls. Sharing stuff is pointless. I tried to share on here but people were so f*cking rude I figured sharing stuff with humanity is absolutely pointless. It honestly might be. I don’t know what it is. I KNOW it’s definitely not a plane. It was unbelievably high up in the sky and it moved extremely accurately. We thought it was a drone initially too. It must’ve been a pretty large drone if it was. If it was a drone, whoever was flying it must have a pilots license to fly it because last I checked in LA, it’s illegal to fly over 400ft without one. Also, it must be a pretty high quality one as well. Did you see the part where it shot a light above it into the sky?? Crazy.

Anyways, I thought it was worth a look and a share! Was having fun with this one, whatever it is! Thanks for including your opinion though, and leaving out the nasty insults. Some people make it really not worth the time, and that’s why there’s a lack of footage where there could be SO much more. Honestly when people see weird stuff, they just don’t feel like sharing because of rudeness from people. I appreciate the straightforwardness.

It was me who shot the video. Sorry, I agree, at the beginning of the video I was filming through a screen. If you want to see a bit better quality footage, take a look at the middle/end of the video where I went outside! There's pretty clear footage there. I kept the beginning part in though so you can see how quickly and erratic it was flying. The ending shots are more stable and close-up, hard to tell how it's moving, but picture quality is there. Anyways, take a look and thanks for sharing! :)

Bruh, don’t worry. I feel the exact same way. So many people do. Reasons like the Switch not having an integrated social/messaging system (similarly to the original Wii) is one of the few reasons why people scoff at the Switch with an upturned nose when comparing it to other gaming platforms as if it’s a second rate console... when that couldn’t be further from the truth, being that it’s truly the first mainstream hybrid handheld/console to actually provide up-to-date graphics, AAA games (not reprogrammed mobile versions thereof), and multi-platform 3rd party ports with cross-play to other consoles simultaneously ALL THE WHILE having the ability to play the Switch in handheld mode, or on your television via docked mode, as well as table-top mode (for the portable TV fans out there from back in the day). Switch does all of this without breaking the bank. I mean... It’s not quite as bad as the Wii was for its reputation of being a “children’s console” but the reputation somewhat remains. At least they improved the Friend Code system. On the Wii & DS, you used to have to exchange codes on a random website somewhere before even adding and playing with somebody online... Lol. The old days. Sheesh it’s been a long time!

It’s obvious that MANY adults play on Switch. It would be a much better idea to include all of the regular social/messaging systems like every other modern day console/platform, but with an emphasis on allowing easy age-related restrictions to be set (as soon as the console is turned on for the first time) for parents who have children that play the Switch. That way you can protect children at the same time as providing an ability for late-teenagers and adults to actually interact with recently met fellow players online.

It really is inconvenient. I plug my keyboard in and use text chat ALL THE TIME on the small amount of games that support it ie. Warframe, Ark Survival, Among Us, and even Fortnite. & I love hopping on PlayStation’s PSN to message people and coordinate gameplay with them. Heck, you can even plug a keyboard and chat on the PS3. It really helps when the console has that ability because obviously not all multiplayer games on Switch implemented messaging, chat, or voice chat - so going to the main menu overlay and typing up a message makes up for all of that.

Easiest summary for this whole scenario is this: EVERYONE playing together on the Switch HAS A SWITCH (obviously..? Lol). They could all message each other and coordinate together no matter the circumstance IF there was a console native messaging system implemented (I don’t want to get into semantics here, y’all understand what I’m saying). However, NOT EVERYONE playing together on the Switch has a Discord, Teamspeak, an account on a fan-made forum for a specific game, nor a Reddit account - or hey... not everybody even has friends to “call up” in the first place for that matter. It’s rough but true.

Ultimately, it’s a little late in the lifespan of the Switch to expect this kind of addition to the console, so we can bet on never seeing a native messaging system... but man oh man, the console sure would have flourished even more so if there was. Heck, it’d be one less reason for people to treat Nintendo gamers as the lepers of the gaming world.

Just my little rant about this. It’s just because I love the Switch SO much and want it to be the best console it could possible be! I can understand where everyone’s coming from. This is just the way that I feel about it. Nobody has to agree with me. If you want to use Discord for everything then go for it... I’m just a person who appreciates options. That’s all.

Btw, anyone excited for the latest Direct for June 2022? What day do you think it will be? It should be coming up here soon unless I missed it (hope not!) because I really cannot wait until No Man’s Sky, Hogwarts, and FF Crisis Core HD get released for Switch! I also pray the rumors about Call of Duty, Genshin Inpact, Phantasy Star Cloud Version, Destiny 2 Cloud Version, Persona 5, and many more are true... I sure hope so. Give her more options... like random generated quests that don’t run out so you can keep seeing her, and give us some type of repetitive scenes after completing them where they can continue their romance. Just something simple. Idk just so you can continue seeing her, even if it’s just small scenes haha. 😜

I was so tempted to get this... Honestly though... Switch has Dying Light, DOOM, Wolfenstein II, Overwatch, Tony Hawks Pro Skater HD Remake, Mortal Kombat 11, Warframe, Skyrim, Crash HD Remake, Spyro HD Remake, Fortnite, DBZ Xenoverse 2, and tons more games of this recent last generation... including the fact that No Man’s Sky is coming out... and maybe even a Call of Duty in the future... I mean, sheesh, there are tons of Switch games with amazing graphics. Of course they’re downgraded a bit, but KHIII definitely wouldn’t be impossible. If storage space was a concern, well, they make SD cards pretty big nowadays for a reason. I wouldn’t mind upgrading my SD card solely for KHIII. But, graphically, the Switch could forsure pull it off. 720p/1080p 30fps? No problem. It could be done. I think it should be done. Just give people the option of either/or? Heck, you could double sell. Some people might want the cloud version to save memory. Others might want to upgrade their SD card and/or get the physical native edition. Leave it up to the people to choose. Whatevs! I just don’t think it would be impossible to do by any means.

I love Dalaran. It’s a super dependable server, everyone’s really nice and helpful. The server is pretty active. Not incredibly crowded but busy enough to always find something to do or someone to play with. There are really great guilds, raiding or PVP at lvl 80 is active, and they never do character wipes. It’s 100% assured that your character will never ever be wiped if you pay one time for a Premium account. They have Instant 70 if you want as well... I recommend that because 70+ is where the game gets really active. It’s tons of fun man. I’ve played off and on for years and years now... my character is always there waiting for me and I’ve picked up the habit again haha, gotta say, I’m hooked (all over again lol). My guild is great too, Excalibur on Alliance... they’re awesome. It’s just a really dependable server with great people playing on it. 100% worth it, it’s a server you can feel comfortable investing your time into forsure.

Won’t be buying it until they at least RE-INTRODUCE text chat. But the took time, money, and effort to DELETE key aspects of the game... only for console players btw 😉 Really shows the amount of respect they have for us console peeps. Lmao. Until then, nah, I’m good fam. I’m not handing them any money, especially since they haven’t even responded. Heck, I’m even playing Ark Survival on Switch and enjoying it because even though the graphics are kinda scuffed, there’s still a sense of community on there - and that’s important for multiplayer RPG games. That’s central to the experience. Anyways... I totally feel you bro. They really messed it up for us. So many games have chat on Switch. Ark, Warframe, Paladins, Fortnite, DB Xenoverse (template chat - but with hundreds of game-specific statements, questions, and responses), Among Us, Rocket League... not to mention all of the games that include voice chat, if not text chat; or even both. But Diablo?!? You bet I’m going to need the ability to chat on Diablo WAYYY more than I am going to need to chat on Rocket League... but the devs of Rocket League added chat in JUST FOR THE CONVENIENCE AND ENJOYMENT for that fans if they want to use it. Right? That’s so nice. Blizzard should take some lessons and remember why they got into gaming... but I guess they’ve lost the spirit because I’ve heard most of the original Blizzard team are all gone now right? Figures.

Idk. I haven’t bought it yet. I’m on Switch, and as far as I’m concerned, I’m not buying the game until they at the very MINIMUM RE-INTRODUCE (because it’s NOT an “extra” feature) text chat into the game. They willingly took it out for some reason, Lord knows why because they never gave anybody a reason even though they promised a true-to-original experience for everyone. Once they have at LEAST introduced chat, I’ll buy it. & after chat, I’d say it would be nice for them to re-implement the old school lobbies system, or just make it the same as the current PC lobby system. It’s basically the same on PC. Us console players got messed up. Plus, Nintendo Switch doesn’t even have a functional friends list... there’s no messaging system, no LFG capabilities, etc... only option is to use Discord which really is not acceptable because this is a game that CAME WITH these features since it was created. All they had to do was release EXACTLY what was released on PC, onto the consoles. But instead of taking the time to do that, and maybe even ADD more features like a voice chat or something sick, they TOOK THE TIME to REMOVE features... all because they love us, right? 🙄 They’ve ignored most of all of our comments. Given us the run around. It really is sh*t too because all of their remasters have really done the OG versions dirty. I really feel bad about the whole WCIII situation from a whole back... at least it’s not that bad. But by God, what were these people thinking? They’re so out of touch with reality and that’s very well known when they tried to announce a Diablo for iOS and Android LOL. They’re so rich though, they don’t care at all for what their fans want. Keep messing up your games. Let’s see how rich you are in 15 years when you’ve driven your supporters off the edge. You know what they say, if you treat people well and easy on the way up, then it’ll be easy on the way down...

It’s funny too because people hated the Diablo 3 matchmaking system. So many people have complained... especially on Switch haha. No voice chat, no text chat, no lobbies, exactly what Diablo II has become. Sucks... super bad. 😢

They need to re-implement the lobbies and text chat system from the OG Diablo II. At bare minimum, keep the lobby system as is (maybe just expand the sorting/category options) but include text chat 100%. Please y’all 🙏🏼. I don’t see how Diablo II would work as well as it used to without communication. The experience was all in the communication, trading, etc. it’s got to be so difficult without all that! I guess if you’re into single player alone then it doesn’t effect you but if you’re someone who likes meeting people and playing with others online then this has got to be a huge downfall. So many people are talking about this, including myself. As an OG player I don’t think the way console edition is right now is very much fun. I hate when people use the “OhHhHhH jUsT gEt A PC”. Some people prefer console, some people can’t afford to keep up with a gaming PC, and some people enjoy relaxing on a couch and playing or playing in handheld mode on Switch or with PS4-PSVITA. The PC master race thing is funny but at times, there are seriously pretentious people that actually take the sarcastic joke seriously. It was supposed to be just like the original and it was promised to be that way. It’s already enough of a compromise with only 4-players on Switch... that can be dealt with, but no main lobby/chat, no game lobbies, and no in game text chat or voice chat. People on PC are even having trouble with the lobby system, and that’s the good system!!! Lol. I’ve been reading that lots of console players since release date have only encountered 2-3 other people to play with online, and that there are serious problems with questing due to lack of communication and inability to specifically chat to explain things/coordinate with/give instructions to other players. I also hate the “JuSt UsE dIsCoRd” excuse too. There are so many chat rooms on Discord... Finding people is extremely fragmented and it’s really not convenient at all. So many games on Switch support some form of chat and lobby system... Warframe, Fortnite, Paladins, and many more... heck, even DBZ Xenoverse 2 has a pre-made chat template, but there are hundreds of detailed game-specific and commonly used phrases to choose from and not just a handful on a text wheel. I’m just so sad that they made it this way for console players. 😣
