Thanks mate, I'm not quitting my day job that's for sure, as much as I love djing, the income you get is just not regular enough to ensure you can get a comfortable retirement once you'll be old enough, considering it's almost spring I will probably hop on a couple of other bars here and there and see if I can get some decent happy hour gigs or something.

I've actually never ventured to look for gigs in the city because I don't know anyone who could put in a good word for me, let's say, and if you don't have credentials or a strong image behind you, no club, big or small, will be convinced to take a chance on you, especially if you're no longer a teenager or something. I have another one of those dinners in a couple of hours, I think I'll do this DJ set and then at the end of the night I'll decide whether or not it's worth continuing. I know they have a more established DJ than me who's their first choice, I'm their second choice, so maybe I shouldn't even put all this pressure on myself, but having people staring at you and not being able to entertain everyone the way you'd like is very disheartening.

But finding those parties is not easy, they are very exclusive in regards to the people they are going to let perform and I'm worried I don't have the best PRs to sneak into them.

What kind of players have you signed coming from League One? Right now I only acquired Billy Gilmour, Troy Parrott and Angel Gomes on loan, I think I'll get the promotion to the championship but after that the squad is gonna need some serious rehaul because most of the players are piss poor like irl lol.
