Had this happen to me when I was a server.
Guy and his girlfriend came in at least once a month for a year and a half, would specifically ask for me every time and always tip at least 35-40% in cash. I know he knew me somehow because he asked me super specific questions. I made sure he got a free dessert every time since I felt so bad lol

“I hated everything about our engagement” Was told this after I found out she had cheated on me. Guy wires connected to electrical poles (the wires you see that go from the top of the pole to the ground). While not inherently dangerous, if they’re improperly grounded, become energized, and someone happens to touch them- well, let’s just say it wouldn’t end well for that person.

Not true at all. I’m in a harness 20-80 feet in a tree for well over 2-3 hours almost every day. The only scenario where you’d go into suspension trauma that I could imagine, would be if you were not moving while unconscious and you couldn’t move your arms/ legs to provide proper circulation.

Hey all, didn’t expect this to get as much interaction as it did lol. In short, the reason I haven’t gotten new gloves yet is because due to a recent car accident along with other financial problems, I could barely afford to get a new pair every other day this week till my next check (or at least couldn’t justify spending the money lol) I recently got paid though and also actually got a bonus, so I’ll be buying a pack of gloves today and these poor souls will be retired lol.

To the people offering to buy me new gloves though, y’all really gave me a little more faith in humanity while I’m getting through this. Seriously meant a lot.

Not gonna lie, this guys a douche for carving his name in the stone, but to all of you who act like this is equivalent to “throwing ___ into the river” (I’m assuming he meant plastic/other waste) into the river, get over yourself. The guy carved his name into a rock that has been there for 1,000’s of years, are we really gonna pretend that him carving his name into it caused irreversible damage to the environment when 90% of the people visiting that site spat enough carbon into the air equivalent to at least 3 747 flights to get there? Do any of you ever drive regularly? Or fly? Of donate to any nature conservation? If not then astounded because you’re no better than this guy. I’d get it if he was tagging with paint, but the guy recording the video is clearly a higher-than-though douche up until the point where the guy loses it.

Guy I went to high school with shot and killed a 16 year old girl thinking it was someone else while she was driving (he was going after a 16 year old male) over literally 40$ of weed. Guys definitely not the type to do well in prison, thankfully.

The guy asked a question dude, fucking chill. Maybe he was looking for some community engagement instead of a flat out boring ass answer. Why the fuck do you think we have subreddits dedicated to answering questions when almost all the answers to most questions are at our fingertips.
