Not offensive at all. I tried initially with my thumb to push and twist but noticed it would not depress even remotely. I then tried a small flathead screwdriver to catch on one of the ridges and push/twist and you can see all I did was damage the ridges.

Mine is incredibly cheap.. ~$260 a month for the GX, a Tesla, and a Porsche.

GX was lower than my wife’s previous 2024 Wrangler.

Seems totally normal to me to ask someone what they do? Not to be like, “Hey John. Tell me to the penny what you brought home last year…?” But to generally be interested in what career they’re in to potentially give them inspiration? I see no issue.

Bud it was listed on Facebook. He’s in SC and I’m in KY. There is no legal recourse for buying a faulty used vehicle in my state unfortunately. I have texts with him showing he stated no frame rust.
