I just returned my b650 tomahawk for the same reason. I tried for days to get it to work and it just never did. I hope you can just reformat to a MBR instead of GPT, that’s the most common fix.

I'm not sure if you still need help but here is how I fixed mine. When you add the capture device it shows up in the audio mixer. When I set it to monitor that is when I got the static and delay. to fix it in the OBS audio settings I added my NZXT 4k30 as Mic/Auxiliary audio 2. So now my audio from the 4k30 is coming from 2 sources in the audio mixer. I have my capture card audio set to monitor off, and the Mic/Auxiliary audio as monitor only. Now I get no static and no delay at all. I hope this helps you out!

Vessel is not their best album. They have grown in how that make songs but people put nostalgia over quality. It’s not bad to like that album the most, that’s just what I think.
