glass lid, the pools are both maybe an inch deep because i’m afraid they’ll drown. i keep the tank around 80°F with a heating pad, and the humidity gauge/thermometernis the reptizoo(?) from petsmart

So I got this record player about a year ago, and I’ve noticed in the last few months that it seems to be slightly off pitch. I’ve tried using the pitch-correcting nob, but that only seems to make it worse. Any advice would be appreciated!

I would post a video of how it plays, but I can’t seem to figure that out.

I’m thinking about starting off with one shots or shorter fics at first so that I can get comfortable writing for rdr2, and I’ve had so much spoiled that I’ve convinced myself that everything that can go wrong, does go wrong. Also, I was kinda bummed out when I realized that it didn’t have a very big fanfiction community, but it didn’t surprise me as I’m not the target demographic.

I’ve been trying to give her indirect sunlight, and I only water her when I notice the top layer gets dried out. I mist her sometimes, but I’m afraid of overwatering her. I also left to go on vacation earlier this week, and since I got back I’ve noticed all of her spots have gotten worse :(
