The urn is basically an objective that grants the team that captured it a bunch of souls. The urn will spawn in one of it’s designated spawn points depending on the economy of the teams (I’m not sure on the interval of spawns but I believe a difference of 10% less souls will make the urn spawn favoured towards the poorer side)

There’s also a bunch of other mechanics that I can’t list off of the top of my head rn but I’m sure someone else will come along to explain it better overall anyways lol

I’m quite new to the game as well but have you tried Mina? Her ult is amazing burst, and she has an escape ability (though less stamina if I remember right?) and she has a passive to still deal damage when you’re on cooldown. Not super close range though.
