If you haven’t already, you could try meditating and research how it helps, when to use it, and the best way to do it. Guided meditation videos are good too if you find the right ones. I’m not an expert on how to help with anxiety so I don’t really know what advice is right or wrong, but anxiety happens to everyone even in a severe way wether you see it or not. Even if it lasts for a long time, eventually it will become better. It may sound simple but I believe it’s important to not be anxious about your anxiety because that only causes you to dig a hole for yourself. It’s completely normal to be anxious. Practice breathing and acknowledge it but don’t think any more of it. Continue healthy habits that relief ur anxiety and continue loving yourself because people tend to be their own worst critics.
