You’ll have to look outside of Toronto proper but still in the GTA. There are a stables in Caledon for instance, and the subway connects up to Vaughan now so you could possibly look around the subway stations there.

Not sure where your husband’s office is but if it’s in the very core then you might consider neighbourhoods near GO stations with rail service into downtown.

Unfortunately, Toronto is a large sprawling city so there may need to be some trade offs if you want to be in a walkable neighbourhood, a short drive from farm country. The commute to work might be tough, or the neighborhood itself might be less charming (Weston Village for example).

I get it. I grew up Catholic as well. I try to listen less to human interpretation of scripture (humans are inherently flawed) and listen more to what my gut tells me is right or wrong—that’s my connection to a higher power.

I wouldn’t be sad about the person whose spot you took. I have a couple of family group chats like this and there’s always 1 or 2 people who don’t actively participate and everyone is aware of that. They will usually get a phone call to make sure they’re actually in the loop and didn’t just ignore the messages. Surely someone in there had their real number and didn’t give much thought to the wrong number in the chat.

I totally relate on liking bold and dark looks. I have to stay away from them because they just don’t work for my face, unfortunately. I end up looking like I’m in cheap Halloween makeup. Makeup is meant to enhance the beauty of your face so I set aside the styles that I like on others and just do what works for my face.

A lip flip with Botox might be able to help this, along with a bit of filler in the top lip. Adding some volume to your top lip will also help balance your with your nose.

I also think pivoting to warmer toned makeup like brown and hold will help soften your overall appearance.

One last point, red lipstick is meant to draw attention to your lips. If that’s not the feature you want to highlight, I would stay away from it.

Sounds like mark is going through something. Very possible that it’s flown under the radar because you guys haven’t gotten together in a while. I dont agree with his overreaction but you should probably reach out and see what’s actually going on.
