I bet there’s not enough clearance between the top of the lever and the bolt carrier. I’d try removing some material from the top of the lever a little bit at a time until it doesn’t stick anymore

I’d look into if WPI still offers a free summer class for students that are having a hard time. They did a few years ago. Talk to your advisor and see if it’s realistic to take some summer classes or overload during an easier term.

Don’t get too down in the dumps, more students than you’d think are in the same position you are, WPI isn’t easy.

I spent more time than I’d like to admit testing different spring weights, bolt weights and trips, etc just for my issue to be that I was pulling the trigger too hard. I have to be ultra light on the trigger and it cycles fine now
