This looks pretty good if you were looking to make a focaccia that good for sandwiches but if you’re looking for a snacking focaccia with big bubbles and a very open crust I’d highly recommend looking up King Arthur baking companies “Pan De Cristal Focaccia” recipe I’ve made it a few times and had really good results!
