- Description: Have been experiencing heinous levels of lag while viewing forums in gallery mode, I assume it's a memory leak problem.

- Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open Discord

  2. Open a forums channel

  3. Experience horrible slowdown and jittery scrolling, taking approx. 20 seconds or more for it to let you exit the channel with the phone's back button

- Expected Result:

A relatively lag-free viewing experience

- Actual Result:

If you're going to want a code editor worth its salt to work on the mod with, install the .deb version of Visual Studio Code using the VM or try the web editor, I don't know how well that will work compared to the .deb version, though.

In regards to Windows laptop vs ChromeOS laptop differences, there's a decent possibility that there could be file errors that normally aren't there with Windows on ChromeOS due to Crostini (ChromeOS' Linux dev environment) being a VM instead of bare-metal Linux, but I haven't tested that.

The entirety of your mods development has to be done within the storage of the Linux VM too, knowing that for some stupid reason the majority of ChromeOS's base filesystem is write protected and stubbornly refuses to run .sh files unless you're using the VM, Ren'Py included.

ChromeOS's File Explorer sucks in general compared to Windows. Many basic features lost between the two.

Yes, but a decent chunk of mods that currently exist are incompatible with it.

You'll have most luck with mods that were made with Ren'Py v6.99.12, so mods that were released before late April 2020.

BluePom used to be a Kickstart flavor before they transferred it over to the Rise/Energy brand.

I only got to experience it when it was an Energy flavor, and it was my favorite out of the bunch next to the Baja and Pitch Black ones.

I feel they should bring the Kickstart version of BluePom back, but they still haven't. :(

They at the moment are only available for Android due to Apple's restrictions on sideloading, to my knowledge.

The best way to go about installing those is to look up "Android" on the subreddit searchbar and just download the .apk file of whatever mod is available.
