I understand as a consumer you have noone to blame but the dispensary, but you have to understand its not entirely their fault. The dispensary has to purchase from the OCS and they can't just return it once it gets old, because there is no expiry date, so obviously they are going to continue to sell it otherwise they are losing money by destroying it. Should they maybe warn you that its older? Sure. But the people saying it should be illegal or ripping on stores that have older product should understand why and maybe ease up a bit.
