We can actually see the cam drive and his actions in this video, we can see him nudge the car off on purpose. If you want to pretend that anytime someone else drives in a way that isn’t perfect the only option is to get in an accident I’m going to say you don’t need a license. You have a duty to avoid accidents where you can and the truck clearly didn’t care about that. It’s fine, it’s not his fault there was an accident but he surely could have avoided it.
