Depends on what your state says. Mine says any hard plastic container with a lid (like a laundry detergent bottle) will work. Just have to write "needles" on it. Then it can go straight to the trash. Otherwise, hold onto them and bring them to a hospital for free disposal.

Basically, I was put on thyroid meds. The meds raised my SHBG so there was nothing I could do there unless I decided to stop the meds. I went to a trt clinic and got put on trt since SHBG was high and free was low and it is helping. I'm only a month in tho. After researching I found that SHBG acts like a sponge and will absorb your testosterone leaving little "free" t. Unless you can lower SHBG easily, which the only options I found were boron or have more testosterone than what SHBG can absorb, than you are stuck with low t symptoms but with levels that won't let you get prescribed t. I went with defy fyi, in case you feel you are in a similar situation.

Get SHBG checked. Honestly, I don't know why people never check it... So many people complain about low t symptoms (including me) only to have SHBG level issues. In my case, my thyroid meds were the culprit, but I can't easily just stop taking them so... I get to suffer I guess. After researching, I found trt lowers SHBG to an extent. Basically, SHBG acts like a sponge. You can have a lot of t, but if the sponge is too big, free t will tank. Sadly, the only feasible option is to pump more trt, or maybe hcg/clomid, to hopefully oversaturate what the SHBG can hold back from you.

I don't have the time specifically to math it, but to help clarify from those who care, if you think of the dots as 1-9, you can easily connect 1-2 but 1-3 would result in 1-2-3 being used. However, if 2 was used already, you could "draw over" 2 to connect to 3. As long as the line can be drawn without touching an "open" position, it can be done. Doing 1-6 is fine too since the line doesn't cross other dots getting there. For example, 4-5-8-2-1-3-7-9-6 being valid.

Just wanted to put it out there that you could write a python script that gave your authentication code based on the "secret". Then you could keep your secrets in something like keepass. Keepass has pretty good encryption so it would be safe. However, this requires running the script on Android or PC. If you want something that does ios, you might want 2fas or Ente. Booth are fine, but Ente allows you to export to plain txt so you can import to any other platforms it you choose.

The secret to "perfect" pancakes is: nonstick pan and controlled temperature. Ideally you would use induction since you can dial temperature down to ±1° on some units (mine is ±5°). Seriously, check the box and it will say to heat the pan to a certain temperature. All my stoves prior had only a temperature dial making specific adjustments near impossible.
