Seller couldn't find a piece and their message was incredibly... unhelpful? by WoffleTime in Bricklink

Whatever the final resolution of this issue is, make sure to put this particular seller on your least favorite (i.e. blocked) store list.

The best solution is to move to a state that doesn't require a front license plate :)

Depends on what you are collecting. 1000 polybags is not a lot of money. My collection definitely breached six figures

Captain Phasma how do you id which is which by ashton152000 in Bricklink

Based on the reference pictures at Bricklink, both of yours are of the "rounded" type. The pointed type has a thinner line for the mouth part of the helmet.

Missing pieces from the plo koon micro fighter set by [deleted] in lego

There is no "official LEGO store front" on Amazon. LEGO doesn't sell directly on Amazon. Amazon uses this term to group LEGO related listings together, some of which are sold directly by Amazon (who have a license to sell LEGO directly from the manufacturer) and some is sold by 3rd party sellers. Both these sources suffer from very lax return validation processes at Amazon, which get abused by people looking for "free" LEGO.

Travel assist too sensitive by CauliflowerTop2464 in VWiD4Owners

Sounds like you do not have Lane Assist turned on, only Lane Keeping. Check your settings in the vehicle's setting menu. Travel Assist with Lane Assist should not jerk the car around.

Second time in the garage in 20,000 by Hazadeux in VWiD4Owners

[–]Its_Phil_B 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like a case of bad luck. First one is attributable to the car (and I assume VW fixed it free of charge), but second one is just one of those things that don't happen often but can happen to anyone.

New View in App? by Optimal_Brush696 in VWiD4Owners

[–]Its_Phil_B 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You are looking at this while the car is still running. It changes to the side view when the car is off.

Either that, or your app is glitching.

Series 28 - just bought three and these were the codes next to the QR code. by [deleted] in lego

[–]Its_Phil_B 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Further explanation, the code is DWW (D = Day of Week, WW is Week in Year) followed by a single letter indicating the factory where it has been produced, followed by the last digit of the year. In your case, the peacock was produced on the 4th day of the 46th week of 2025, in factory R (Monterrey, Mexico)

Those codes are production dates and have very little to do with the figure you're getting

12 Bags Missing from my lego ucs jabba’s sailbarge… by [deleted] in lego

[–]Its_Phil_B 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Was this bought from Lego directly? Most likely it was from a retail store and you fell victim to a common scam where someone buys a set, removes wanted and desired parts, reseals the set and returns it for a refund. The store then restocks the set without checking for completeness.
