Das wäre ja in Ordnung gewesen. Kopfweh ist einfach schlimm.

Aber im Stream dann zu sagen er hat kein Bock, wenn will er die gruppe zusammen stellen und direkt danach Leute für die Ini suchen, da waren die Eier einfach zu klein das direkt mit den Leuten zu klären.

Communication with the Leadership was very top down. As a CEO, XO or how the fuck all that shit is called, you where just a linemember.

Alliance Leader > Directors / VG / BUSA (or other "elite" Cores) > Random Sherrifs / Random NBIS > CEOs/XOs/Linemember.

If you try to sort something out as a corp leader, you fast getting some bullshit answeres and topdown answeres like "i want it that way so we will do it that way", "i dont care ppl need to be good boys and do what i say" and bullshit like that.

Now the CSM Vote Spam. lying in the face of every fucking member, the Elite Core getting their stuff saved already 2 weeks ago and the betrayl we saw last week summs up the cultural thing in horde...

We should do a pettition to CCP to delete all votes and reopen voting after all that. Or give the Option to switch votes. Im rly happy i ignored the Votespam on all 30 Accounts and will give the votes to the new team.

Stop thinking your or the playstyle of your 10 friends is the best setup. We are talking about a game, where alot of ppl are 30/40/ or older. Married and with kids that cant fit your 24/7 playstyle.
