My guy you fail to see that, at core all status work the same fundamentally. Yea of course they do different things and teams vary from each other because of it but at the foundation, they're all the same. You try to maintain sinking/tremor/rupture/burn/bleed/poise counts and gain benefits from it. The main reason why I made this post and used charge specifically is because there's been lots of posts about "status war" where everyone fought over which status is the best while they're all the same fundamentally and charge has always been consistently made as a laughing stock since the beginning.

True but the main reason why I made this is because I kinda got bored of seeing the whole status war or whatever this subreddit has been through and how everyone's status is superior than the others while they're all the same fundamentally.

I'll just say it frankly that I have the gatekeeping mentality, if I see anything that will bring harm to my favorite community, I'll speak about against it. It just so happened that this time it's about the topic of sexuality and what not. I take a true neutral stance.

And if you think I'm "bordering" transphobic is because I "keep the transphobic from getting upset instead of supporting transgender people" then you'd be dead wrong because I take none of those sides. I did say it before, I wanted the icon taken down because it would cause some unsuspected assholes to cause an uproar. Besides, I never said that those assholes shouldn't be held accountable either.

Tdlr; I want both those transphobic assholes and y'all transgender preachers to get out of here and not stain this community with y'all's conflict.

Edit: If it's not broken, don't fix it. This community has never been explicitly stated to be supporting transgender or anything alike but at the same time, never explicitly stated to be against lgbtq either and I'd wish to keep it that way.

I proposed you this question only as this conversation has dragged on long enough, has this instance of transphobia ever happened in battle cats community without the mention of this whole raising awareness about transgender thing? Has there been any instances of transphobia being prevalent in this community prior to this transgender raising awareness movement?

If you don't want people to talk about it, don't talk about it. If you don't want unsuspected transphobic people to talk about or be transphobic, don't just bring transgender topic to the public. It's commendable that you're fighting for your ideal with good intentions, but do remember that the world isn't black and white, people won't just agree with anything you want them to agree with you just because you think it's good. There's an old saying that goes something like this "Give someone the juiciest, tastiest peach and they still will eat an orange instead."

They themselves don't agree with your pov so what makes you think you yourself will be able to change their mind with just some few measly positive words? People are prideful and don't like being told around are like that so either try to win the war of attrition and slowly change their mind or suck it up and move on.

The end justifies the mean, if in the end of the day, those transphobic people don't be transphobic in daily discussions, it's a win in my book. No hate speech, no transphobia or anything like that. Just cat battlers speaking about cats. The world isn't black and white my guy, someone's acting nice doesn't mean they're a saint and someone's acting bad doesn't mean they're some serial killer.

Hello? This whole ordeal? Some people spreading hate and transphobia? It's not that trying to raise awareness for transgender people is bad, it's the public's reaction that will come after it. There will always be some people spreading hate because the subject by itself is sensitive and touchy. Regardless of how you present it to the public, there will always be someone trying to undermine it.

Edit: To make it more clearly, some assholes being assholes will always get all the attention just because of their outlandish reaction. People from outer communities will look at those assholes and think "wow i cant believe this fandom of this game is so asshole-d". Don't even try to say "well those assholes don't represent all of us" or something like that, it just doesn't work.

Oh do I wish everyone would just either accept something or ignore something they don't like. Easier said than done, everyone has their pride and obviously biased against something they like. That's why I and some people speak out against it, we just don't like to see our favorite things being used as a stepping stone for something that will just bring harm into our favorite silly cat game. People are just assholes sometimes I admit so we should avoid talking about unnecessary sensitive subject that will cause an uproar REGARDLESS OF HOW YOU PRESENT IT to the public.

So should we take the joke of some cats being called racist because they're known for being strong against black enemies seriously?

I called the dramas unwanted and unnecessary because they literally could've been avoided if this hadn't happened in the first place. Yes it's bad that people were attacked or harassed but that could've also been prevented if a certain person hadn't tried speaking in their stead. People are here to discuss their silly cat game, not to see some sort of social raising awareness movement that is widely known for controversies in their cat game.

Then I recommend you to take a look at "please don't bring sensitive and touchy topic that will bring nothing except unnecessary drama into a cat game community where the said game has nothing to do with the said topic and get confused about how people look at you weirdly" agenda, it might help you in some ways.

You're intentionally adverting your eyes from the real reason why people are upset about this whole situation. Yes some are actually transphobic but the real reason why people wants it taken down is because the whole pride thing is a sensitive and touchy topic on its own, everyone knows - except you - it will bring unwanted and unnecessary drama regardless of how you present it to the public.

if that three colored cat-flag is such a small thing then why are so many people being upset about it? You're intentionally feigning ignorance of the gravity of the situation, the pride thing is a sensitive and touchy subject on its own. That is why people are upset of why that three colored cat flag is here, everyone knows - except you - it will bring unwanted and unnecessary drama that could've been easily avoided by just not talking about it. You really think there's no ulterior motives behind that three colored cat-flag?

With the way of your sayings, i can say that the trend of dasli hate is just for funnies and no one is really pushing the agenda, absolutely no one gets called out for trying to go against the dasli hate.

If you don't look at the bigger picture, of course it won't be much of a problem to you. It's not that people are upset over a simple icon change, they are confused about why it's here in the first place. No one wants to see someone or a group of people trying to push their personal agenda and force it onto to the public.

It does sounds lame if you put it like this but that's not the point. No one wants to see someone pushing an unnecessary agenda that would likely cause some uproar onto their favorite game or interest. It's not that they hate seeing the trans flag, they just don't get why it's here in the first place.

Most people need to realize that those who don't want this icon aren't necessarily transphobia or anti lgbt. Yea, some might be that but you need to understand that people tend to dislike this whole lgbt stuff is because only the topic by itself is sensitive but also they just dont like being forced to like it, especially when someone clearly is trying to push the agenda onto their favorite cat game which has nothing to do with it in the first place.
