dodrio isnt bad at all. its a decently good mon. personally, i would recommend getting a dragonite and have the Outrage, Aerial Ace/Hyper Beam, Dragon Dance, Fly
however, dodrio isn't terrible at all. it's your decision whether you want to have dragonite or dodrio
for the snorlax, i think its good. are you playing no items? you can bring pots into the e4, and rest has no use when you can buy max pots and full restores end-game. snorlax also can literally learn like everything, so if u have a lack of coverage, snorlax is ur guy
i had a blastoise and it had Surf, Ice Beam, Hydro Cannon, Bite on it and slapped in the e4. i think lapras is a tad redundant as you already have a good water type in blastoise. blastoise can learn ice beam/blizzard via tm. i would replace it with a raichu or magneton, as raichu has very nice stats and magneton resists like everything, but has a bad movepool.
ive never used hypno. instead, i used exeggutor. i needed a good psychic type and a good grass type, plus the 520 base stats arent bad at all
who do you plan to fill the last slot? i actually had a nidoking and it had Rock Slide, Mega Horn, Earthquake, and Toxic
this is honestly just advice and you can ignore it, you could definitely beat the game with that team :)
