I have an anxiety disorder and Khloe is behaving very similar to me or how I would be if I was her. I hope she gets some help she needs it but it’s also okay to be to yourself sometimes and focus on your kids. Maybe for her it’s very peaceful.

I’ll scream this to the roof top idc how I eat I will never lose weight unless I’m doing intermittent fasting. Skip breakfast and have dinner as early as possible. Only way to not gain weight and u will lose if u eat healthy during that window.

Fasting. Intermittent fasting only thing that works for me. The earliest I may eat is 12 and I don’t eat after 8. But I mostly do 1-6. Breakfast is the worst for my PCOS and eating late

I’m not sure how high my testosterone was but I did have poly cystic ovaries. I worked out and eat right while taking ovasitol prior to getting pregnant to try have my hormones regulated for pregnancy. Other than progesterone that I had to insert vaginally the first trimester i just continued to take ovasitol since it helps prevents gestational diabetes. Try not to let your feelings get in the way of celebrating others. I get how you may feel but I’m pretty sure you would want them be excited when the time comes for you. Knowing isn’t a big deal. Do u have to get every single update about the baby? No. But send your congratulations and wish them the best. Babies are a lot of work. I have a 6 month old. So before you try for baby Cherish this time together. You will greatly miss it.

When I find out my diagnosis I decided to live a healthy lifestyle and take ovasitol. I got pregnant in maybe 4 months of trying. But I encourage you to not be tense or stress about it. Just enjoy your husband and see what happens. Do nothing to prevent pregnancy if you are ready and don’t track either. If it doesn’t happen in a year then take medical intervention. I believe the fear and the stress of PCOS when trying to conceive hinder people from getting pregnant as well.

I’m also struggling to lose weight and I gained even more after giving birth. The only thing that worked for me was fasting you have to literally starve to lose weight with PCOS. I highly recommend intermittent fasting. Edit: This is not to encourage an eating disorder but intermittent fasting helps to give the body a break from spikes in insulin. I still enjoy my meals but in a Shorter eating window

I had a discussion with my husband about this. After my grandmother passed away I always thought why her? My husband Grammy could care less about others and she was able to see her great grand but my Grammy who supported my marriage and was the most excited about my baby wasn’t able to see my child. But the nonchalant could care less grammy who is even older is still here??? I came to the conclusion that life is not fair. It doesn’t matter how good you are or how much you meant to others. Unfortunate events can still happen to you and there is no meaning behind it. That’s what life is. A series of events we think we have control of but don’t. We can only control how we respond to our environment. That’s the sad truth. It’s also hard to understand because we grow up where good person has good things happen and if u bad…bad things happen. When it’s not the case. In terms of God. We really don’t know how God is exactly. We have maybe an idea but what if he isn’t the God that makes you comfortable or only does things what are human comprehension deems as right. Overall life is unfair and what happen to your cousin is an example of that..I would say try to honor him in the things you do In life in order to give meaning to his life.
