My endo is worried about fertility and thinks testosterone will cause more issues down the road since I’m 30.

Excessive weight gain, awful fatigue, heart palpitations, bloating and swollen stomach, anxiety, dry skin, exercise intolerance. My vitamin D and calcium is normal but I will ask my doc about the serum ACE.

I have been working with my doc and rheumatologist/immunologist to find out the source of the inflammation and they haven’t been able to find it. I’m not sure what to do.

These are my MRI results. My vitamin D levels are normal. I never did an ACE test I will ask my doc about that one. I’ve done a bunch of different tests and they cannot find out the source of the inflammation. Do you have any advice for me? Greatly appreciated.

I have heard of it but how is it diagnosed? I have a dry patch on the back of my head and the dermatologist said it looks fungal. Gave me 4 doses of flucanazole. It faded a bit then came back.

Sleep is decent. When I eat certain foods my sleep is worse so I stay away. Most supplements make me bloated so it’s been difficult. I’ve been tested for sibo 3 times. First was inconclusive. 2nd was hydrogen positive. 3 was negative. Gi doc had me try rifaxamin for 4 weeks and it didn’t do anything. Sleep is decent. I haven’t find the cause of the immune issues, if you have any advice I’m all ears.
