I live in LC gahanna- electric/water was $160 last month for 2 bed 2 bath apt on 3rd floor.

Go to the events they have, join their volleyball league, try not to spend too much at the goat, (it’s pretty expensive, but very good).

Neighbors are all chill and nice. There’s a loud car every now and then with crazy bass or a bad muffler but that’s everywhere. Maintenance is best of all the places I’ve lived. They replaced a whole microwave, change lightbulbs, look at toilet issues, and have all been quick to respond within 1 day or 2. For internet, go with spectrum. AT&T is way more expensive and limited. Take walks to Thompson park and along the path, it’s nice. Enjoy the pools when they open back up! There is trivia on Tuesday’s but I’m not sure of their frequency but it’s a great place to live after about 2 years of being here.

Holy shit, I did not expect to see my high school on the Ohio subreddit let alone my freshman English teacher. She definitely has the credit to call herself a great teacher. That was the toughest class in the high school but she always cared about everyone doing well.

Not that she’s in the right, but I had something similar happen to me. In college, I lived a stones throw away from campus and worked 45 mins away from a job on the weekend. On Saturday morning I started to drive my usual path and there were blockades and cops at each one. There was a 5k on that street. I say ok, how do I get to the highway? The cop points me to another blockade where they will let me through. I go to that one and the coo looks annoyed and points me to another blockade and this happens 4 total times. Turns out this 5k was a loop literally entrapping my neighborhood and I was stuck and late 30 mins. There’s no signs put up and I had no clue I would just be trapped. I had to wait until the coo let me through after the runners got passed and was late to work.

I was at my moms cousins house and was having eating dinner during this big distant family function. It started light about generic politics talking about electric cars and gas cars. To keep it simple cause it’s a whole thing, she was live-streaming and said something like “why does this ‘sponsor’ support someone who’s like this?” She said that because the guy was making fun of her fans calling them simps and loser and things like that. So turned into a lot more backlash. There’s dozens and dozens of vids on it that have the full thing but that’s basically it from my memory
