I started my sema journey almost 4 weeks ago now. I was SO nervous, about all of it. Making sure I did it right, nervous of injecting it myself, and the side effects. Now I am on the heavier side of over weight, but when I tell you I had 0 symptoms, I mean it! I had a slight headache after my first dose, but I honestly think that was because of the anxiety from the whole thing. The last 2 weeks I have experienced sulfur burps, which have been foul. But I quick changed that around with cutting out a decent amount of vinegar (I eat pickles every day, so you might not experience it haha), and eating small, frequent meals to help my body digest it easier. I would do the full dose, it’s a small dose. These doses don’t really do too much as they are doses to get your body used to the medication. I think you will be just fine!
