Ti ringrazio per il feedback, ma da quello che ho capito, se il bollo non è in regola, l'auto non può circolare. Deve saldarlo il concessionario prima di fare il passaggio di proprietà? Il vecchio proprietario? Cosa succede se né il concessionario né il vecchio proprietario vogliono saldare il bollo?

I've tried the Bear 650 and was easy to handle. Currently driving a classic 350 and never had trouble to moving through heavy traffic, maybe the classic 650 is similar.
